Greece/Turkey Cruise
These pictures were taken on our 1999 vacation. We flew to Athens, where we
stayed for three days. Then, we boarded a cruise ship, and visited Santorini (Thira),
Rhodes, Kusadasi (Ephesus), and then to Istanbul, where we stayed in a hotel for
three more days.
We traveled with Kay's brother Bill and his wife Evie.
The shopkeepers in Athens are very friendly.
They even come out to the street to invite you inside.
This fellow was especially friendly.
He kept pouring Ouzo for the four of us, while the ladies bought expensive jewelry.

About 4000 drachmas a day.

I wonder who decided these guys were gods.

Not only do they dress funny, they walk funny too.
